ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

To ensure we meet quality and service expectations, we are unable to cancel or modify the order after it is placed or shipped out from our facilities. Our team processes payments in 1-2 business days, before your order ships. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Depending on shipping method, order may arrive within a minimum of 3-4 business days. During periods of high demand, your order may take 2-8 business days to process.

Which countries do you ship to?

We do not offer free shipping on orders $50+ for international shipments. Our products do not ship to Mexico, Hong Kong, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Spain, or Turkey. Taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the receiver. The carrier will charge the customer after delivery by adding administrative expenses to the duties and taxes we paid on behalf of the destination. dearcloud is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, or not received once the package has exited the United States.

After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-4 business days, and 8-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.


What USA Shipping options do you offer to the USA?

  • Standard UPS Ground (FREE on orders $50 USD or more before tax)
  • USPS First Class Package with Tracking - only available for orders with total weight under 15 ounces and under
  • USPS Priority Mail (FREE on orders $50 USD or more before tax, within the contiguous U.S.)

 

How can I check the status of my order?

We’ll send the tracking number and updates via email, as soon as your order ships! We use multiple carriers to ship orders in the US and internationally; we will notify you with a tracking number once your order ships. 


What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address? 

Contact support@dearcloud.world immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, your order will be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


What do I do if there’s a problem with my shipment?

We suggest contacting the carrier directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. The carrier will provide more accurate updates on the status and location of your order. dearcloud is not responsible for paying any additional charges caused by an address change. To avoid paying additional charges, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.


What do I do if my order was lost?

Please note dearcloud is not responsible for any shipping deliveries not received. Please contact support@dearcloud.world, and we will file a claim on your behalf. Kindly note this process may take 7-10 business days for domestic shipments and 30-45 business days for international shipments to investigate with the carrier.
