RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

To ensure we meet quality and service expectations, we are unable to cancel or modify the order after it is placed or shipped out from our facilities. Depending on shipping method, order may arrive within a minimum of 3-4 business days.

RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Orders older than 30 days from the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund. We do not accept exchanges, return of sale items, or return of gift cards.

DAMAGED ITEMS
dearcloud is not responsible for customer misspellings once you have placed your order. We will not refund consumer spelling errors if the order has departed from our facilities. To be eligible for a return of a damaged item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us an email and photo(s) of the item you received. If you are unable to send photos of the product(s) you received, unfortunately, we will not be able to send a replacement or issue a refund. Depending on the item(s) and order, we may provide a pre-paid shipping return label.

REFUNDS
Refunds are credited to the credit card used for the original purchase at the price you originally paid for the purchased item(s), excluding shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, refunds can sometimes take up to 5-7 business days to be reflected. If it has been longer than 7 business days and you still don’t see your refund, please contact us for assistance. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
